Experience
Dr. Parmar is a general dermatologist with special affection for nail diseases, clinical dermatology, immunobullous disorders and dermatosurgery. She has keen interest in training dermatology residents and was a founding co-program director of the dermatology residency program at Rashid Hospital, Dubai Health Authority. She is actively involved in research and has presented her research in various conferences across Europe and America. She has more than 30 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and has served as a co-author in 8 book chapters till date.
Dr. Parmar as received in-depth training in nail diseases and nail surgery under Professor Bertrand Richert, Brussels, Belgium
Dr. Parmar also currently serves as an associate editor of the journal Pigment International and is an active reviewer in dermatology journals.
